AdRem iTools
Ping
Ping is a basic diagnostic utility that allows network administrators to verify the connectivity of a remote
computer by sending and receiving test ICMP (Internet Control Message Protocol) echo packets to it, and measuring its response
time (in milliseconds). The Ping utility built in AdRem iTools allows you to plot a graph showing Round-Trip Time vs. Received
Packets. You can also determine metrics such as packets sent, received, and lost as well as average, minimum, and maximum
round-trip time of the tested device. In addition, Ping polling parameters - such as timeout or delay between packets - can be
configured by the user
